Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership to enhance academic and administrative operations.
2. Mentor junior staff and lead experienced teachers to maintain high educational standards.
3. Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
4. Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centric environment.

Essential Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications:
2. Master’s degree in any discipline.
3. Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.).
4. Preferred: PhD (adds significant advantage).
5. Experience:
6. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
7. Prior leadership experience as Head/Principal of a Senior Secondary School.
8. Skills:
9. Fluency in written and spoken English.
10. Strong administrative and computer skills.
11. In-depth general knowledge and curriculum awareness.
