Kendriya Vidyalaya No -1, AFS, Hindon was established in 1970 by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This school provides an ideal environment to encourage educational excellence, with its huge 15 acres of green land and modern building. Here 2421 students and 81 teaching and non-teaching staff members are included.
The high standard of the school is maintained by a qualified, experienced and dedicated team, which is constantly striving for excellence in teaching. Our organization regularly conducts in-service training programs for teachers, so that they can be updated with the latest teaching methods and techniques.
Senior academics and experts are constantly accepted by senior academics and experts to improve educational approach and ability. To keep students familiar with modern technology, high -level computer facilities are available in the school and internet facility is also provided.
The academic session of the school begins on 1 April and ends on 31 March. During this time, 50 days of summer holidays, ten days of autumn brake (at the time of Dussehra) and ten days winter brakes (Christmas time) are prescribed.
